A native of Metairie, Louisiana and current resident of Seattle, Washington, Ms. Bazile is a graduate of Tulane University and also holds a Master Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of New Orleans. While at UNO, she was the recipient of the Prestigious Ernest G. Chachere Graduate Fellowship. Ms. Bazile earned the Benton Schmidt Scholarship to pursue doctoral studies in vocal performance at the University of Oklahoma.

Ms. Bazile's voice has merited her both national and international recognition. Some of her many accomplishments include winning Overture to the Cultural Season Vocal Arts Competition, the Leontyne Price Vocal Arts Competition, the Rose Palmai-Tenor Vocal Arts Competition, and second place in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Regional Competition in 1999. That same year, she won second place in the Meistersinger Competition in Graz, Austria. In the 2001 AIMS Meistersinger Competition, Ms. Bazile won first place, as well as the highest honor: the audience's favorite performer.

Ms. Bazile has performed as Dido in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, Suor Genovieffe in Puccini's Suor Angelica, Magda Sorel in Menotti's The Consul, Miss Silverpeal in Mozart's The Impresario, Semele in Handel's Semele, Liu in the Mobile Opera production of Puccini's Turandot, Serena in the Mobile Opera production of Porgy and Bess, Donna Anna in Mozart's Don Giovanni, and Leonora in Verdi's Il Trovatore .

Ms. Bazile has appeared as a lead soloist with the Moses Hogan Chorale at Carnegie Hall, Orchestra Hall in Chicago, and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She has also performed in the Sully Music Festival in Sully, France; the World Symposium in Sidney, Australia and the Lyon Sacred Music Festival in Lyon, France. She is currently touring as a solo artist in various locales across Spain.
